OUR FOUNDERS:

Victory Christian Fellowship (VCF) begins with a calling on the lives of Pastor Garrett (Gary) and Sister Sharon Miller. In 1994, they dedicated themselves to a single, sacred purpose: to build a sanctuary where the Spirit of God would be the heartbeat of every service and every ministry. It is their unwavering belief that God's presence and boundless love should be accessible to all. Through their obedience and vision, they have cultivated a vibrant church family where every person—from the lifelong member to the first-time visitor—can freely encounter and experience the transformative power of God. Both Pastor Garrett (Garry) Miller and Sharon Miller as founders of VCF are committed to a special Spiritual encounter with God for all members and visitors.
